Most of our ingredients come directly from our land. Fresh vegetables from our greenhouses, herbs from the estate, fruit from our orchards, and tea leaves from our historic tea garden — handpicked and brought to the kitchen each morning.
Our chefs prepare a daily Table d'hôte menu featuring homely, flavourful Indian and continental dishes — simple, heartfelt cooking elevated with estate-sourced produce. Guests often tell us it’s the most soulful food they’ve had in Bir.
Breakfast is complimentary for all room guests. Lunch and dinner are available on prior request. We offer an all-day rhythm of meals: bed tea, breakfast, lunch, high tea, soup, dinner and dessert. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes are served and special dietary requirements are gladly accommodated with advance notice.
